Growing up amongst multiple sporting disciplines including basketball, boxing, rugby league and tennis to name a few, I know what it is like to suffer from sporting injuries and setbacks. Through the injuries I sustained growing up I came to find out the best forms of treatment to settle my pain quicker and get back on the field sooner than I’d thought. This even included significant ligament tears in my ankles and knee, along with a long line of shoulder issues. I took it upon myself to learn these techniques used on me growing up, and tweaking them to my own style to help others the way I was helped growing up.
I have a strong belief that every person should strive to perform at their best every day. Whether that be on the sporting field, in the gym, at work or with your grandchildren. That’s the foundation and value we have built this company upon. I love being able to help people achieve things they never thought were possible.
Being a strength and conditioning coach also enables me to understand how our bodies work, the workload and lifestyle of those in training to aid in treatment approaches. My ultimate goal is to get everybody back to their optimal form ASAP and perform at their best in their greatest aspect of life I have spent a few years teaching the diploma of remedial massage at a local college to do my part helping other therapists strive to perform great results for their clients. Now focusing solely on helping clients at Xceed Health and teaching other healthcare professionals on different topics that may help them further with their clientele, ‘ride the rising tide’, if one of us gets better, we all get better as an industry.
